they need to learn how to cook breakfast

can't make poached eggs, all kinds of eggs are always cold toast is always cold and hard. lobster is like a piece of rubber, soup only luke warm. Waiters at breakfast and lunch try to talk you into going to buffet line instead of taking your order. out side of that cruise was pretty good.

I'm an Emerald Crown & Anchor member. quality of cruising has gone down. everything is over priced. Fare is kept on the low side, but made up for on all the charges on board.
