Service Is Tops

Ship: Golden Princess
Sail Date: Jun 02, 2013

My wife and I truly enjoyed the activitiesand entertainment presented aboard the Golden Princess. Our first cruise was on the Star Princess and I would say the excellent sevice has not changed one bit. Our room steward Earnie and dining Waiters Edwin Moreno and Nirun Juyklin provided great attentive service. The food was just the best the entire cruise. We will be sure to book our next adventure with Princess again and again.

Alaska Inside Passage Tracy Arm

Ship: Star Princess
Sail Date: Jun 01, 2013

The Star Princess was very nice , clean and a beautiful ship all around. The entertainment was really good with plenty to do day and night. We have done both Glacier Bay and Tracy Arm and both are spectacular. Save money to do excursions in Alaska to get the most out of your trip. The ports are nice but you really need to get out on the excursions to see the real Alaska.

We DID NOT reach all ports advertised--Victoria was skipped because of ship's problems!!

Ship: Star Princess
Sail Date: Jun 01, 2013

We were all (7 in my family group) excited about viewing the beautiful gardens of Victoria and the City. We all had excursions planned and purchased. As we approached we could see two cruise ships already in the port. BUT NOT US--problems with the ship not being in able (poor repair, competent??) to make the turn into port. VERY DISSAPOINTING--little explanation, no refund on the cruise purchase mentioned. TOO BAD passengers!!

Ship: Grand Princess
Sail Date: May 30, 2013

Room too small, not convertible to relax furniture not to comfort. Restaraunt manu not enough of variety, when ask for additional other food ketchen seem the neglect or denied. Other service like personal staff who service the ship is very good. And entertainment on aboard is very good.

Great Trip

Ship: Grand Princess
Sail Date: May 20, 2013

We chose this cruise in particular because of the ports. We wanted to see San Francisco and all the stops. The ship even though older and reconditioned is beautiful and the design and set up is really nice. We had a balcony stateroom and enjoyed it very much. The staff and service and food was excellent. We would recommend this cruise to anyone interested in Alaska!

Arnold Browns review

Ship: Star Princess
Sail Date: May 18, 2013

We have previously cruised twice on another cruise line, and expected more from Princess. This cruise was to celebrate the ending of my wife's chemo therapy. We provided tickets for ourselves, our two sons, their wives, and their kids. A total of nine. Along with us was my wife's brother and his wife and their two kids. We were in suite C751, and provided inside cabins for the kids. When we arrived on board we asked an employee at the guest services desk and 4 other different staff members throughout the next 35 minutes for directions to our suite, all five instruction were wrong, it took 35 minutes and alot of walking to find our room. Our suite was magnificent with a gorgeous view and all the amenities you could ask for. That being said, my son's cabin number C711, was hot the entire time even though he reported a problem with a malfunctioning thermostat the very first day, nobody contacted him regarding the reported issue for 2 days, after several further reports they were finall...

Princess Cruises is our best choice for cruise. Thanks.

Ship: Star Princess
Sail Date: May 18, 2013

We enjoyed this Crusise Star, compared with the golden princess , no matter the service , food and the program is much better than golden princess. The waiter and his assistant are excellent. They have very good memories about what the customer need . Before we show up , all the items already put on the table. Rhonais the best clearning lady , we have some small issue at my room. She fixed by herself right away, no need to wait for the maintance department to do it.

Alaska Tracy Arm

Ship: Golden Princess
Sail Date: May 12, 2013

The cruise was incredible. The staff took care my 85 year old mother like she was their own. Most of the food was great. Sometimes the people at my table ordered better that me. There was no wanting for food. The buffet was covered with fresh fruit. You do pay for every extra. I paid $2.50 for a can of coke. The scenery was incredible. I would and have recomend Princes Line to friends.
